Moderate, and quite strong in the treetop.
Blossom
Quite late with high quality of anther dust. Gala Must is a little bit self-tolerant but the use of pollinatior trees is recommended.
Productivity
Aerly and regular with a good yield. Thinning is required
Picking period
The last two weeks of September.
Shape
Gala is quite small with a round to a little conical shape. The uniformly till little spotty dark red blush is a characteristic feature of Gala Must.
Taste
Firm, juicy and sweet with a yellow-white colored pulp.
Shelf life
Storage under ULO-conditions till March combined with a good shelf life.
