Shape
Middlesize, spherical, flat shell and light greasy. Yellow orange underground colour with a total lightred overall.

Flavour
He tasted normal till very good. Sweetsauer, juicy with a lot of aroma. The flesh is yellow, small-boned of structure and solid.

Shelf life 
Very good storage apple.

Specialties
Rubinola is a scarp resistant apple and less susceptible for Mildew. In Holland is some change for getting coarsening in the stalkniche, but in other countries without a seaclimate this will not be a problem.
