Vigour
In the first few years a quite strong growth, later the growth will be more moderate. The branches of Jonagold Novajo do have a very nice horizontal position.
Blossom
Mid-time, tripolid, a little bit self-tolerant but fertilization is necessary.
Productivity
Early, regular and very year very good.
Picking period
From the end of september till the end of October.
Shape
The size of the apples from Jonagold Novajo is quite big with a dark red blush with some stripes and spots on a graan background.
Flavour
Quite solid with yellow-white and juicy pulp.

Shelf life
Novajo can be stored till the end of August and the apples have a very good shelf life.
