Big, wide and unregular shape. The colour is yellow-brouwn, sometimes with a little bit red colour.
Flavour
The flavour of Doyennè is very good, juicy, melting pulp and sweet with a soft peel.

Doyennè cen be stored under U.L.O-conditions till half February.
After storage the shelflife is very good.
