Vigour
Small but wide crown with short, steep branches. Moderate growth, not very sensitive for scab.
Blossom
Early flowering, a little sensitive for night-frost. Discovery is a very good pollinator for many other applevarieties.
Productivity
Very good.
Picking period
The first half of August.
Shape
Medium sieze and regular shaped. Red striped on a yellow backgrouwnd.
Flavour
The colour of the pulp is White-yellow, solidly and juicy.
