Early with good yields. Thinning is required to gain stabel and good yields from year to year.
From the early September till late September.
The apples from Red Elswout Bel El are quite small with a regular shape combined with a dark red coloration (95% of the peel surface).
The pulp has a cream-white color with a very good aroma. The structure of the pulp is quite firm and juicy with a very good taste.
