Blossom 
Early, 5 days before Golden Delicious. Red Delcorf Eversdijk is a good pollinator for a lot of apple verieties. The use of pollinator-trees is required for Red Delcorf Eversdijk. Sensitive for frost demage during the flowering-period. 

Productivity
Early with good yields. A little sensitive to Alternance, good thinning is required to gain a good yield and size. 

Picking period
Mid August till early September. Several picking-rouds necessary.

Shape
Medium till large sized with a conical shape.

Flavour
Medium firm and juicy cream-white colored pulp.

Shelf life 
Storage is possible till mid October combined with a good shelf life.
